anyone can use the boost "X" glitch, so why is this a big deal. I've started off dead last and fought to first in many a hellacious 2 lap battle -- beleive me if I can do it - anyone can. It really comes down to boost management, racing knowledge in terms of handling, steering, braking, acceleration, etc. (No one can take this from you)

Just got it. I must say that I'm quite impressed with the overall polish. I never doubted Jaffe, but this is a very cool looking game that looks like something totally created / dreamed up on a Power MAC -- and quite honestly just seems so non-Jaffe from what we're used to. Did I mention it looks and plays great?

Once you're on the PSN you don't have to pay for it at all. There might be charges for downloadable content, add-ons etc. But to interact in the "basic" community, it won't cost you extra.
